Our Biodynamic Farm

“We started farming because we like the idea of growing good food for people.”

Our passion and primary focus on our biodynamic farm is to produce nutrient dense food by bringing into balance all the elements of soil biology and cosmic influences.

When bringing these two elements together we are able to produce food that is good and necessary for our body’s micro biome, thus making our immune responses better.

With certified organic farming it guarantees there is no chemicals used on a farm. We take a holistic approach on our farm with biodynamics, not only do we not use chemicals on our farm; we also bring in all the cosmic forces. We all know how the moon influences the tides and behaviours; it is no different with planets and plants.

This then brings vitality to the whole farm and allows the whole farm to operate in a synergistic way that not only supports us but supports the local ecosystem unique to our corner of NSW Australia.

Ultimately you will notice more flavour and longer shelf life, for us it is better by every measure.
